Trainlite XT is PUMA's new cross-trainer for women with the added benefit of muscle activation. The upper is slim, feminine and made of modern, breathable vex mesh. It is a sleek, stylish sneaker for your workouts. M2D foam and TPR cell technology provide stability for side to side movement. The ArchTech Shank supports the arch while also allowing ground contact needed for gym training & traction. Deep flex grooves in the midsole allow for flexibility and natural movement. The low density IDCell foam in the midsole compresses to create resistance and increase muscle activation. This style has a molded, eco-ortholite removable footbed for long lasting comfort.
