Running shoes are footwear designed for maximum support and comfort for runners. Running shoes often feature extra cushioning to absorb impact from the surface running upon. Running shoes may also feature comfort technology consisting of all types of support and antibacterial linings.
Walking is a low impact and healthy form of exercise which requires a special type of shoe that can provide the proper support for feet during the exercise.

I have narrow feet and this shoe is almost too narrow for me, definitely a running shoe! The sole is also more for a running shoe, but that is my fault, I bought if for the color, which I like.

Husband had other Pumas he loved. Saw these and decided to try for him. He likes them almost as much as his old Pumas. Felt good walking, first day he wore them!

I like the style and color coordination. I bought this after watching too much London Summer Olympics. It looks like everybody was wearing PUMA shoes. . . a very famous brand.

It appeared that there was more Leather areas on this shoe as Puma has been the one main athletic shoe to still carry products with "Actual" Leather in the upper. Unfortunately, they have followed suit like Nike, Adidas and many others to opt for 'Plastic' type materials instead. A disappointment in quality compared to the many other pair of Puma I've had in the past.
