Bought this for my daughter who normally only wears converse, but I wanted her to have at least one pair of shoes with good support. She doesn't like the look of most athletic sneakers. She loves the look of these and they look great on. Classic looking, no neon colors. Plain black and white and off-white, she can match them with most of her outfits. She wore them for a 4-mile hike at summer camp and said they were very comfortable.
