Bought this for a walking sandal I will be taking on a cruise that has shore excursions which will require walking in hot climate. Did not want tennis shoe.I have a wide foot and bunions so the adjustable straps are perfect. Good cushion sole. Metallic color is stylish even though this shoe is a bit for a "mature" woman.
Wears this shoe: With shorts and crop pants when it is hot.

Im extremely pleased with my Propet Scamper. Unbelievably comfortable the moment I put them on. I bought these with the intention of wearing them to travel in. Im a boot & flip flop kind of gal. Sneakers are not my thing. However, my feet, knees, and back cant take the abuse Ive put myself thru powerwalking in flip flops. I like to be barefoot and the Propet Scamper can be worn without a sock. I love them! I live in New England. There is snow still on the ground. I put the scamper on w/out socks as soon as the UPS guy delivered them. Wore them for 8hours w/no issues. I wear a size 8 1/2 in running shoes, size 9 in flip flops, & size 8 in dress boots w/heels. I chose a size 8 and hoped they wouldnt be too tight or narrow like most sneakers run a 1/2 size smaller. I think the slip on velcro strap design helped me in the perfect fit. Theres plenty of give in the structure of the shoe that breaking them in isnt necessary. They are that perfect! I highly reccommend buying PROPET shoes to all.

I bought these about a month after foot surgery. I had to wear a sneaker, but my foot was still swollen and I needed something I could comfortably wear all day. I bought them a 1/2 size larger than my regular size so I'm guessing they are true to size. I tried on many different sneakers and these were the only ones that felt comfortable on my bad foot. The mesh is accommodating, yet still supportive. When my feet are healed and back to their normal size I want another pair! I would like to upgrade the insole, but I can't find anyone that has the Propet insole I want. Overall, they were the answer to my prayers because I could not find any shoe I could tolerate for more than a few minutes.

Very comfortable lightweight shoe. Downside, there are holes in the bottom (I'm assuming to keep your feet cool?. Problem being, you cannot wear them when the ground is wet or soft.
