Walking sandals are sandals designed to provide comfort and support during short or long distance walks or during all-day city touring. Many walking sandals have technical features found in good athletic shoes like contoured, anatomic footbeds and cushioned, supportive midsoles that provide good motion control and stability. The interior of the straps is often lined with a padded material that helps prevent excess rubbing and blisters.

Bought this for a walking sandal I will be taking on a cruise that has shore excursions which will require walking in hot climate. Did not want tennis shoe.I have a wide foot and bunions so the adjustable straps are perfect. Good cushion sole. Metallic color is stylish even though this shoe is a bit for a "mature" woman.

Very comfortable shoe. I need an extra wide width and the size and width I ordered were perfect. I find that Propet shoes work well for me.

This is a beautiful shoe and extremely comfortable. I am still trying it around the house. I have arthritis and very little flexibility bending my legs. I find it hard to fasten the straps after getting into the shoe. I have been trying to get into after they are all fastened. If that does not work I am going to have a shoemaker put a piece of elastic on the back so that it becomes a step-in shoe for me. I like the shoe enough to take that additional step to be able to wear them easily.
Wears this shoe: So far just in the house but I think it would go anywhere.
