on our recent vacation on the Big Island of Hawai'i. They walked up to the rim of a volcano and along coral and rocky coastline and over old lava flows. They held up extremely well and were so comfortable, my husband wished that he had a similar pair of walking shoes. In fact I went down trails that he did not attempt due to sore feet and ankles. Even when they got covered in fine lava dust, they cleaned up nicely with just soap and water. Nice enough for an evening of shopping in Hilo or Kailua-Kona.

These were a nice shoe, but they run large. We tried to return them for a smaller size, but they were not available at that time.

This shoe is one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn- ever. After my favorite shoe got discontinued, I thought I might never find a shoe that would properly fit my wide feet again. And then, I found the Propet Tidewater. I've now bought them twice, and I hope they will always be available. It is comfort and support for those of us who want a shoe we can wear daily. And it's pretty decent looking to boot!

I like the shoe. The color is great. The heel height just isn't right for me, although, I think it is normal for that type of shoe. I will try a different style. Ususally Propets are perfect for me.
