This is my second pair of this style. The shoe offers the kind of ankle support that I like and need, given that I have arthritis.The shoe initially felt a bit tight in the width but as I have worn the shoes the leather has enough flexibility to give so that the shoes are quite comfortable without becoming overly stretched.
Wears this shoe: To work and dressy occasions outside work with pants.

Felt way too narrow and too small for my normally easy-to-fit feet. I even ordered a half size larger than what I normally wear. I am returning them but like the look so well that I will reorder in a full size larger.

I wear these shoes to work everyday and I love them. They are not the fanciest looking shoes but they are the most comfortable shoes I have and I have a lot of shoes. The only breaking in needed was for the zipper. I wear them with thick socks and had a problem pulling the zipper up the first couple of times. But that is not an issue now. They zip up freely. I liked these shoes so much I haven't had a chance to wear the other shoes I bought.
Wears this shoe: Weekdays 10 to 12 hours a day.

I looked for a couple of years for this style of boot (low, leather and good tread) and this one seems to fit the bill exactly. Also, the price was affordable. I know I'll enjoy this product.

I bought this shoe because of the style - I wanted a boot-like shoe to wear with convention costumes - and I was very surprised to find that the Promenade is a walker. The steel shank, gel-in-heel, and unique zipper closure makes for a non-traditional looking walker that would wear well with slacks in any situation.This is a full leather shoe - without breathing holes, so it does get warm/hot with wear. Would like there to be a bit more width in the toe box to accommodate natural foot spread when walking.
