This propet shoe, like all propet designated 5E is pretty wide as compared with other shoes. I wish these boots were just a little wider to allow room for another pair of socks and possibly a toe warmer. Overall these are great winter boots and look great, but if you plan to use em for say ice fishing better go a whole size wider to allow for the extra socks and warmer, esp. if you normally need an extra wide shoe; or get a boot with more insulation. For a cool spring or fall day these would be perfect.
Wears this shoe: Wisconsin in the winter when I wont be outside more than a couple hrs.

Considering it's hard for me to find boots that work, these boots aren't bad. I doubt I'd be able to find boots that fit great, but once these are laced up they fit well enough to wear out in bad weather for awhile, which was my goal. I wouldn't want to wear them all day long, although they may be comfy enough for that after some wear, if they soften up a bit. I like the agressive tread and the easy lace up.

Hey this is the best winter boot I have ever owned. Very comfortable and considering its size and the insulation very light weight. My first day I wore them it felt like i had wore them a month. They were very comfortable no break in period required with these. When walking on the snow and ice I had good traction.This is a walking boot and with removable inserts which is great for my orthotics inserts to fit in. I liked to switch off every other day wearing boots and shoes. My other pair is Dunhams which is a very good boot but I will remember the name of Propet which I never heard of before when I order my next boot. One more thing I wear these boots at work I have them on for 14 hrs a day.

This Propet shoe fits true, feels like a shoe, but lightweight and comfortable boot that's great for snow and cold (thisulate, water-resistant, good sole).
