Propet Walker not good for orthotics
July 15, 2008
Reviewer: DG from New Jersey
Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Propet walker was a lovely shoe to look at - but it just does not have sufficient depth for my orthotics and is way too narrow. I ordered both the medium width and the wide width, and neither of them matched the width of my current shoe, or the width of my orthotics.
Wears this shoe: If it fit, I would be wearing it every day - but need my orthotics to fit.

Bad feet are bad feet.

I have to have a Mary Jane or a T-strap in order to keep a shoe on my foot, since the width I require to accommodate my bunion is always out of proportion to that of my heel area. This Propet is a nice-looking, sturdy, comfortable shoe at a reasonable price.
Wears this shoe: All the time.

I bought two pairs of shoes for my elderly mother, one in black and one in white. She was thrilled to have something a little more feminine looking than comfort shoes. She got many compliments.

Second pair - same shoe
June 17, 2008
Reviewer: CJ from Lake Orion, MI
Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
I found my first pair of these shoes in a small shoe store in Holland MI. They feel almost as comfortable as my athletic shoes but look nicer with pants and even a skirt. I had my first pair for two years alternating them every three days or so. I was happy to find my second pair online since I was not able to find them in my shopping area at home. Glad to find they come in other colors.
