This is a really cute shoe and is very supportive. However I had to return my first order of a size 9 WW as they fit more like a size 10.5 4E (no exaggeration). The shoe I received may have been mismarked or missized; it was very strange. I returned them for a size 8 M as the size 8.5 wide was not in stock anymore as the shoe was on sale. I figured if it ran that big it might work. The 8M fits good, although just a tad tight on the widest part of my foot, but I think the leather will stretch enough after a few wearings to make it work. So to recap, I normally wear a size 9WW and this shoe fits me in a size 8M. Go figure. Most shoes I purchase from Shoebuy.com fit right on the money, so this shoe was definitely an anomaly.
