The Flamingo is a slip-on sandal that has a removable PU insole with microfiber sock lining, and PU outsole.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

Oh how I've searched for sandals that I can wear with my custom orthotics. I'm 32 and like to consider myself a stylish dresser so it's been difficult to resign myself to wearing sandals that look like they're for a 90 year old diabetic grandmother. I found these and didn't think they looked too ugly- kind of a chunky version of the gladiator sandals that are trendy right now. I usually order a 2E in Propet brand but they only had regular width available in my size. To my surprise, they actually fit. My orthotics didn't fit inside the sandal very well. They kind of poke out of the side where the arch is and I had to trim the toe of my orthotic to fit. They feel a little unsteady inside the sandal, like if I made a sudden move they might just slide right out. I like the idea of the adjustable straps, but when I loosened one strap, the velcro underneath is exposed and doesn't look very nice. Then when I tightened another strap it kind of stuck out and looked silly. If I didn't have orthotics and had a choice of what sandals I could wear, these definitely would NOT be what I would choose, but since I don't have a choice, they are acceptable.

Love the adjustable straps and flower design! Finally, a cute, wide sandal I can put my orthodics in! Decided to just shop the Propet brand this time and glad I did. Comfortable right out of the box. Sand color is perfect neutral. Plan to wear every day in summer - work and play. Not a granny shoe!!! Thankful for Shoebuy -convenience and reviews!

Although this sandal looks a bit clunky, it is actually very comfortable for just schlepping around. Definitely a casual look.Nice to find a wide fit in a casual sandal.

I have a very wide, flat, large foot. Finding sandals (or any shoes, really) that fit, is torture, and when they do fit, they're usually a very matronly style. I'm 30 and don't want to wear the same shoes as my 86 year old grandmother! I ordered these in a 4E and they fit SO well. They're very comfortable, have adjustable straps to get a perfect fit, and they are fairly stylish. The flower detail has a younger feel to it and they look nice with jeans or capris. I'm very happy with these. My first comfortable pair of sandals! Highly recommended.
