I normally prefer an 8.5 extra wide. Because of other reviews I bought an 8 wide and it is perfect. The adjustable strap is longer than it needs to be compared to the fixed straps over the toes. I have flat wide feet like a duck and I can adjust it to be tight enough just barely. If I needed it tighter I'd just add a bit more Velcro so I won't mark it down. In fact I think these would be great shoes for people who get swelling on the tops of their feet like my mom so I recommend so long as you either size down or expect to add Velcro.

Rarely do I find a shoe or sandal that is as comfortable as an older pair of shoes, but these were amazingly comfortable right out of the box. They run a bit wider than normal, so I caution you to go with a width that is slightly narrower than what you normally wear. These are going to be my 'go to' sandals for any occasion that requires me to be on my feet or walk any distance.

Propet is the only brand of shoes I can order online, because they are always as described. They are fully cushioned and true to size. The black Dominica I ordered because I have one in beige that have served me well.

Loved the look of the shoe and know Propet is known for comfort, however, this sandal was too wide for my foot and I had to return it.
