Adjustable strap shoes are shoes that are secured to the foot using some type of fastening device that can be customized to the wearer's foot. Types of adjustable straps include hook and loop fasteners or buckles.
Cushioned shoes, or neutral cushioning shoes, are shoes designed for runners with normal to high arches who tend to underpronate. Cushioning shoes generally have a padded midsole with layers of extra cushioning in the heel and forefoot that provide better energy return to the body when compressed while helping absorb heel shock and encouraging a more natural foot motion.

I have owned a couple pairs of these. They are very comfortable and have good support for a lighter sandal. The only issue I've had over time is the strap closer to the toe. Where it's seamed into the shoe, tends to separate from the plastic tab on the strap and the shoe.
