Super Comfy!
By Sunshine Sherry, from Fort Myers, Florida | April 24, 2013
This shoe is like walking on a cloud. Feels like a slipper yet it's a comfortable support shoe. I like all the Velcro tabs for adjusting to my foot. Nice lite beige color that goes with everything.I have several pairs of Propet shoes and they all fit beautifully. Happy customer!

My search is over.

I have looked for years for a shoe that my 86 year old mother can get on her swollen feet without pain and wear comfortably. Great for a nursing home patient who does not go outside often, but ok for a medical appointment.

Great shoe for people with edema
By Tilla, from New York | May 01, 2012
I have edema and advanced arthritis and needed shoes which wouldn't bind or put pressure on painful areas on my feet. The Cronus is the perfect shoe for people with my condition. The Velcro tabs allow me to put on and take off the shoes painlessly. They also allow me to adjust the fit as the size and shape if my feet change. The neoprene material molds itself to the shape of my feet, avoiding any pressure spots. The shoe is lightweight and comfortable, even when worn for long periods of time. They give me excellent stability and support when I need to get up from my wheelchair. I recommend the Cronus highly to anyone with a foot condition.

my sore feet
By Nan, from CA | November 03, 2011
I purchased these shoes hoping it would solve the bunion and hammertoe pain . I did put a half sole insert in the shoe so my foot didn't slide over to one side. However I have worn these outside and since no instructions were included in the shipment I do not know if i can wash them. If I wear socks on my feet with the shoes they rub and irritate the feet. I only wish they were really an outdoor/indoor shoe. People that have foot problems ask me if they are comfortable and I can answer yes for a limited time, as they do not give much side support as needed but then they are a slipper right?

Perfect Shoe for 99 Year Old Mother
By Susan, from Georgia | December 12, 2010
Bought this shoe for my elderly mother who has to wear thick bandages on her feet and legs. I was attracted by the full opening on top, velcro closures on both sides as well as the velcro at the heel. She has had to wear large bedroom slippers for several months because she couldn't get shoes on, but has worn these everyday since I took them to her. She seems to really enjoy them which is unusual for her! The only problem was that the velcro on the sides needed to be up closer to the top edge for her. Fortunately, I was able to sew on extra velcro strips with my sewing machine. This was relatively easy to do. At the age of 99 1/2, I hope she lives long enough to need another pair, and I hope the same shoe is still available if she does!

Nice shoe
By Donna, from Phoenix, AZ | November 03, 2010
I have an extremely wide foot and my foot is not very long either, therefore it is very difficult to buy shoes that fit my "square" foot. Although this shoe only comes in XW it still fits well. The fabric is stretchy and that makes the difference. For some reason the back of my foot caves in more and more as it gets closer to my heal. These shoes do not taper as my foot does so they look odd on the back. This is why I try to get backless or only one strap on the back, but again I am limited. The tan shoes feel a little smaller than the black so I am not as happy with them. These shoes look nice enough to wear to the grocery store or on any quick errand. All and all for a slipper shoe these shoes work well for me.

Wears this shoe: all the time
By Denise, from Melbourne, Australia | October 08, 2010
This shoe is a real godsend for me. I have very swollen feet and even the widest of shoes can only be worn for short periods .These shoes however are a joy to wear I find them so soft and yet still supportive. I wear them all the time, at home or going out. My only complaint is that I think they are going to be too hot for the middle of summer here in Australia so I must find something as comfortable for the really hot weather.

If you have swollen feet problems buy these !
By Jacqueline, from Milwaukee Wisconsin | October 01, 2010
I have kidney disease and my feet are not the same size any two days in a row. These shoes open from the front and back, and still will be able to wear good, warm, heavy woolen socks with them for winter. They may not be super fashionable , but in the black color it's not so noticeable, I was a shoe "MAVEN". I have so many shoes that won't fit my feet anymore. This was a wise investment for me, or if you just want something roomy and comfortable for around the house. It was a great choice and the price was better than anywhere else.
