This is a wonderful shoe for walking long distances. I walk 2 miles every morning on the boardwalk and spend time at the gym. This is fine for the treadmill as well. This is a very light shoe and offers good support. I use this shoe with orthodics and they fit perfectly without any tightness after removing the inserts. I love the propet line and recommend their shoes!
