Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

I now have two pairs of Ped RX because after the first pair I discovered that I did not have to break in these shoes. They were comfortable from the very first day and continue to be so. Plus any number of friends have remarked about how they like the styling of the shoes. Highly recommended.
