I bought this heel for modeling because I needed something higher than the heels I already owned. With the extra height, I expected the shoe to be uncomfortable, but was delightfully surprised to find that not only were the shoes beautifully packaged and came with a shoe bag, that the shoe was padded just enough so that my feet were comfortable wearing them for hours on end. They look great and seem durable, the only place for improvement is that the soles of the shoes are somewhat smooth and I am worried that after a lot of use or if I am outside on wet/icy pavement I will start to slip, but I haven't tried it outside yet.

I had spent a lot of time searching for just the right shoe for my wedding. I wanted a low or no heel and was just not finding elegant, bride-worthy shoes in that category. I was attracted to the Paltrow and finally ordered it. I worried that the shoe would not be as great in real life as on the site, but it totally surpassed my expectations. I am a true size 10 and while I don't have a wide foot, it's also not the narrow that many of these Medium width shoes tend to be. So this style is actually comfortable and the 3" heel is the perfect height. I'm looking forward to being comfortable on my big day, not teetering around in super-high heels. Great shoe, great fit. Very happy with the price as well, I've done a lot of research.
