The pro-step Susan is a good lightweight, flexible shoe as advertised, but lacks arch support and heel cushioning. If you put a lot of pressure on your heels, you will want to buy some sort of insole in order to make this shoe last a full work day. I am on my feet all day long, generally 12-14 hours/day, and needed something lightweight with good arch support and heel cushioning. After adding a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts, these shoes fit the bill.The non-slip sole is okay, but not great. I still find myself slipping and sliding from time to time.

I have a lot of trouble with my feet hurting and I have arthritis in my knees. At the end of the day I am usually in pain after standing on my feet most of the day. I've only worn these shoes once but at the end of that day I wasn't in as much pain. I like the shoes because they are real light and have a no skid sole. I just hope they last since I am hard on shoes.
