Ideal shoes for active child

This year marks the third year we've purchased Keen Newport H2s for four year-old daughter. Each year, we've purchased one of the more colorful pairs with stripes, as these look good with a wide range of colorful clothing. More importantly, they are very stable, great for use in the water, and quite comfortable. Since we're in South Carolina and our temps rarely fall beneath the 40s, my daughter got a full year of use out of her last pair (in the cooler months, she wears them with socks). After a year of active use, they're still in good enough condition to consign.

I bought this shoe to replace my daughter's old flip flops. She's a bit of a tom boy but still likes her tween bright colors. She really liked the feel of the fabric on top and thought they were very comfortable. Her previous flip flop were Nike and had a vinyl shiny pink top. She said the new ones were more comfortable fit and loved the blue teal color.

Great all round kids shoe

I've bought these shoes for my daughters for 4 years running now. They are multipurpose and can do most activities in them - even get them wet. They work for school because they are mostly closed in but also work in the heat with good ventilation. I have one daughter with very narrow feet but this style works well with the velcro and elastic to make a snug fit. I'd highly recommend this style and shoe.
