My son wore Primigi shoes to school all last year and was really comfortable. I ordered him the next size up now that he's outgrown his last ones. The shoe is a little wider than the stated medium and is perfect for orthodics. The toe box is roomy too, and the shoe does not have the annoying heel hold in the back, which a lot of walking shoes have and which hurts.
