I had a rough beginning with these mukluks as far as size goes. It says to order a size larger which I did. I received them, they felt big, I tried them off and on for a few days only to find they just way too big. I looked at the tag inside the boot and it was 2 sizes larger! No wonder! Shoe buy was very good to deal with,I returned them and they sent the correct size back. I love them! They are extremely comfortable, soft, cute. I can't say enough good about them. If you have foot problems and need a lot of support this isn't the boot for you because they are more like a house shoe/slipper sole but otherwise they are perfect!
Wears this shoe: So far I just wear the inside. I dont want to get them dirty!

While these boots are light weight and cute, they run very small (I'd recommend getting a full size up). Also the cording used to tie the boots doesn't hold well and the weight of the pom poms untie them as you walk. Our daughter was able to fit them and we just cut off the pom poms. I'm disappointed I could not use them myself.
