The mat is perfect! I bought it thinking my husband would use it, but I've taken it over and he is using my old mat. It is not super squishy like some other mats I've used, but my feet and hands are able to stay in place.

This is a very realistic photo plank when laid out on the floor, you won't be disappointed when comparing it to the photo online. It smells a bit chemical, but that probably isn't unusual for packaged yoga mats. I think it's the funniest thing ever, with the half-eaten muffin at the bottom.
