The only complaint I have is the sizing. I am a size 9, not an 8.5 and not a 10. I first ordered a size 39, which fit perfectly on my narrow heel, but too short and tight at the toes. I was hesitant to order a size up because a size 9.5-10 would normally be too big. Since I loved the shoe so much, I took a chance and was so happy that I did. Other than being a tad loose in the heel, they're wonderful. I love how they look and feel.

I love these shoes - I ordered the size 39, thinking they would be too small because I usually wear a 40 in European sizes. However, the fit was great. The leather is very pliable and quickly molded to my foot. I have a high instep and they were squeezing me a little on the top of my foot, but I think that will be fine after another wearing. They really are good looking too- very foot-flattering.

Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Comfortable shoes is an oxymoron for me. I own five pairs of these shoes. They are as closest to comfortable as I've found, They are the right heel height for ease of walking and the openness makes for the right width. Your feet are not pinched. I'll probably buy more.
Wears this shoe: Casual and dress that is not formal.
