I love Perlina. I have a great backpack bag that I love that I've worn out. I bought this to replace it, but this bag does not have any outside pockets, so I am returning it. Otherwise it's a beautiful bag with lots of inside organization. I just need that outside pocket to quickly deposit things.

I bought this bag because I previously owned a Perlina bag and loved it. Nothing says quality like a Perlina bag. The leather is soft and buttery. There are two zipped compartments for those items you don't want to loose when your bag is tipped upside down. The only downside with this bag, and any other bag I suppose, is that it can become heavy when you fill it with wallets, check books, and so on. It holds lots of stuff. The middle compartment is not zippered but contains credit card compartments and a cell phone pouch. For the lady on the go who needs to carry lots of "gear," this is a good, quality backpack bag.

I bought this purse to replace a previous perlina backpack purse. I like the fact this purse has a space for my cell phone and overall more space. However, the clasp on the purse is very LIGHT; therefore, it snaps open too easily and items that aren't secured in the zippered compartment will FALL OUT. It appears you would need a buckle clasp instead considering the design of the purse to help secure items inside the purse. I wouldn't recommend this purse.
