Product Description (Women's Perfectsole Arlene)

The Arlene features genuine glove-soft leather for a professional look. Genuine leather insole with molded heel cup, built in arch support and gel comfort pad. The leather lined insole and upper provide cushiony softness, breathability and durability. Integrated gel heel strike pad absorbs and disperses impact. High density foam provides added cushioning and shock absorption. Visible honeycomb comfort technology massages and soothes the foot. Lightweight, flexible and skid resistance EPR (ethylene-propylene-rubber) is the latest outsole technology for increasing comfort and durability. Latex gel in the outsole further cushions the heel when walking. Side gore gussets allow fro easy on/off and comfort.

This shoe is true to size and comfortable. I have it in all colors. The shoe (depending on the color) can be worn with jeans or used for business casual. It is not a flat but has a little bit of a heal. the sole is very cushiony and soft. Its a great shoe!

A very comfortable shoe. The sole is very cushy with a little gel insert at the heel. I thought maybe the little "lip" at the back of the shoe/heel would bug me, but the shoes fit so well,I haven't noticed it. I have a somewhat narrow foot and these fit well, not sloppy over the top of my foot. I like slip-ons/mules and these go great with jeans.
