I have terrible foot arthritic deformities and no time to have a surgical solution. These shoes have a stretchy forefoot top, so that they don't press down on my hanmertoes, as most other shoes uncomfortably do. They also have adequate room for my orthotics. Some day, when I get my feet fixed, I might still wear this type of shoe, as they feel like bedroom slippers!
Wears this shoe: I've only had them off to shower or to go to bed, since receiving them.

Good Shoe for Problem Feet

Reviewer: Jeannie M. from Iowa
Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Width: Felt true to width
This is a very comfortable shoe. The soft, stretchy material is easy on touchy toes, like mine! The toe box is roomy and the shoe has removable inserts with extra depth, so my orthotics fit in it just fine, too. If you have a job where you need to be on your feet a lot, this would be a good choice.
Wears this shoe: At work, with slacks or jeans.

Another Comfortable Pair of Shoes!
April 23, 2008
Reviewer: Annette from Marshfield, WI
Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked
Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
Even though this pair of shoes feels larger and wider than most others bearing the same size description, I find that they are still very comfortable on my feet. They are also more dressy-looking than most other walking shoes.
Wears this shoe: I wear these shoes outside of the home while running errands.
