Product Description (Men's Patagonia Ranger Smith Waterproof Mid)
Durable full grain waterproof leather uppers. 100 grams Polartec® lining provides warmth, comfort and wicks moisture.
Dri-Lex® merino wool footbed lining provides temperature and moisture control. 20% recycled EVA midsole provides cushioning and comfort. Patagonia Air Cushion Plus provides shock absorption.
Vibram® Trail Ecostep outsole with 30% recycled rubber provides excellent traction. Has waterproof construction, full toe box and a medium arch/instep.

These superlight hikers are just the thing- good enough looking in a quirky way to wear to dinner, and excellent day hikers. SO perfect that they had to be discontinued. Oh, and the soles wear out after a year or so, and are not replaceable.

I am very pleased with this shoe, I find myself wanting to put it on for walks and when I will be standing for a while or shopping. It is comfortable, and warm. I haven't had a chance to use it in the rain or snow yet. The color, feel and look are all aspects of the shoe that I really like. I wish I had found this shoe a few years ago ... I would highly recommend this shoe !

Great-feeling shoe. Grippy sole, handsome upper -- it's kind of like a civilized SUV with a suspension lift and mudders underneath. Patagonia seems to run a tad small. I often wear a 10 but ordered the 10.5 because it's a Patagonia shoe. Probably won't wear it in the summer, as the insulation is pretty good.
Wears this shoe: To work, mostly, but also just to kick around.

The shoes/ boot is great. The leather is soft and pliable, the sole provides a nice grip. The sole also provides sneaker like cushioning while upper is very supportive. It laces and unlaces simply and quickly. One of my favorites ever.

These are great boots! I got them for my boyfriend for Christmas and he wears them all the time. He says their really comfortable, they have good support and I love them because they are great for most occasions!
