This soft, lightweight, and breathable jacket is made from 100% ripstop nylon with a Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) finish. It features a DWR-coated center-front zipper, a zippered exterior chest pocket that doubles as a stuff sack with a reinforced carabiner clip loop, and an adjustable hood.

I bought this because I loved the red color and have been so happy with the blue one I bought a couple of years ago. The fold-up pocket is now on the outside, an improvement, but the jacket is still lightweight, is effective at offering wind and (light) rain protection, dries very quickly, and I literally can tuck it in a corner of a pocket or purse or pack. It's another quality Patagonia product.
