Unfortunately, the company shipped the merchandise and allowed UPS to just drop it at my front door, not requiring a signature of acceptance. Before I had a chance to get the merchandise it was stolen from me, so I have not had been able to try the boots. Hopefully that can be resolved in the near future.

I bought these in the chocolate brown color. They have a more matte type finish which I like,I would recommend water protecting them because of this though. Overall they fit slightly larger than sized(about a half size) and are the lightest and most comfortable boot I own.Theyre great for everyday wear as well as outdoor use. I liked them enough to buy a set of the regular ankle high boots as well.

A well-made boot, with nice, adjustable fit. Stitching is excellent, leather is flawless, factory waterproofing holds up well to moisture. Boot will require brushing/treatment/waterproofing, but that's to be expected with leather footwear.From ankle height and up, the leather breaks in quickly and becomes very comfortable. The lower portion is stiffer, but should become softer over time.Sole has deep cuts, with excellent traction. My only dislike is how thick and durable the sole is, as I typically wear minimalist footwear. However, for a fall/winter boot this is a great choice.
