I have rebuilt many brands of shoes over 38 years and chose J.M. vauter penny loafer because of it's excellent quality. It has high grade calf skin, fully leather lined, fine stitching, and the rubber inserts in the sole and heel for better wear and slip resistence. I'm very proud to own this stylish and elegant shoe, it's a great value, and would recommend them to a friend. Years from now I know they will be easily rebuilt (if needed).Though it's made in India there is nothing substandard about it. Affordable.

These shoes are not made very well. After wearing them for a couple of weeks, they became very loose. After wearing them for a month, they are almost unwearable now since they are that loose!
