Three separate compartments with pockets to protect gadgets, slots to hold cards, a clip to hold keys and it's all carried on an adjustable strap. The ergonomic design makes it very comfortable when worn across the body. Adjustable 1" shoulder strap. Secure zippered main compartment. Middle compartment has fleece lined pockets for phone, camera, etc. External organizer pocket is gusseted to keep contents from spilling out.Can be worn as a waist pack, or over the shoulder.

After 4 years of constant use, this bag still looks fine, the right compromise between fanny pack and across body. I use it daily because it frees my hands and saves my neck, shoulder, and neck muscles. It's not a bottomless pit so I can't overload it.

Was looking for cross-over-body to replace one that didn't last even a week w/o damage to exterior, & zippers inside not more than 3 months. But I liked the idea of cross-over-body esp for vacation. Looked at fanny-packs which tend to be either ugly (mannish) or trendy & too small to put anything in. This was a good compromise. Seems very durable, solidly made, with good organizational pockets. I like the padded pockets for electronics, and the slots for credit cards inside the zippered pocket (not just under a flap). I bought it esp for vacation end of Aug. It is a little small for me & my stuff for everyday/all year, so I will probably come back here & buy a bigger Overland model soon. I would never have thought to shop on a shoe site for a purse - found Shoebuy.com from Google search for cross-over-body purses and fannypacks.I'm very pleased!
