This shoe is perfect for weight training the legs. Squats, dead lifts, cleans are very stable with this shoe. It is not as stiff soled as a serious lifting shoe, so it is an excellent all purpose gym shoe. Very comfortable but not built for running.

Good support around the ankles. The shoe tongue is bit too thick but tolerable. I like the upgraded shoe laces.
