Orthofeet crafts this BioFit® walker with orthotic support, extra width and depth, excellent cushioning to provide unsurpassed comfort and protection. It offers relief for heel-pain, arch-pain and forefoot discomfort, and provides extra protection for diabetic or arthritic feet. Approved by Medicare to meet the requirements of the Diabetic Shoe Bill. Soft leather upper with stretchable panels shapes to the contours of the foot for a comfortable, non-binding fit. Ortho-Step® multi-layer insole cradles the foot, providing customized support along with excellent shock absorption. It offers relief for heel pain and foot discomfort, making every step you take extremely comfortable. Wide, lightweight cushioning sole with Ergonomic-Stride construction enhances comfort and stability, and assists your body to propel. Soft fabric lining with extra foam padding enhances comfort and protects the foot against irritations. Anatomical design with added depth and a wide toe box ensures a relaxed fit and freedom for toe movement. Two sets of removable spacers (2mm and 3mm thick) allow the adjustment of the space inside the shoe for a perfect fit. Material Content: leather upper, polyester upper lining and sock-liner, EVA insole and midsole, rubber outsole.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

This is the best shoe on the market today for being on your feet all day. You absolutely need these shoes if you have flat feet , heel problems, bunions, or other foot problems. I highly recommend these shoes and you'll be glad you chose them too!

I had checked out some reviews regarding sizing and decided to order a half size up but it turned out that they were too big so I sent them back and got my size of 10W. I recommend you stick with your normal size on these.They are heavier than normal sneakers so it takes a couple of days of walking to get used to but when you do they are very comfortable.The only thing I would ask for from this company is that they come out with more colors (like black and navy) in this style and make them much lighter if possible. Overall I am happy and might order another pair.

I was hoping for a lot of heel and arch support. I got both but the toe area feels really weird. You also fill like your walking down hill. Very comfortable, but will take some adjusting.

I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes have helped me so much. I'm on my feet 8 hrs/day and the pain has decreased considerably. I am ordering my 2nd pair! Orthofeet makes great, quality shoes.
