Orthofeet Easy Slip-On® Low-Heel shoes combine handsome, non-binding design along with a unique closure system and therapeutic shoe detailing for the ultimate comfort and protection. This exceptional shoe has been designed by Orthofeet to include hook and loop straps and a wide opening for an easy On/Off the shoe. A unique Two-Way Strap System enables fastening on either side of the shoe and an easy adjustment of the length of the strap. Unique orthotic support, seamless lining, extra room and Ergonomic Stride™ sole offer unsurpassed comfort and relief for heel-pain, arch-pain and forefoot discomfort along with extra protection for sensitive feet such as diabetic or arthritic feet. Soft, seam-free lining design with extra foam padding offers unsurpassed comfort and protection. Ortho-Step® orthotic insole, designed with anatomical arch support and deep heel-seat provides customized support and unsurpassed shock absorption. It offers relief for heel pain and foot discomfort, making every step you take soothing with comfort. Two-Way Strap System enables fastening on either side of the shoe and an easy adjustment of the length of the strap. Extra-depth design along with soft, non-binding leather upper ease pressure on the foot, offering a roomy fit and freedom for toe movement. Lightweight cushioning sole with Ergonomic-Stride™ design soften your step, and helps propel the foot forward. Two sets of removable spacers (1/16" and 1/8" thick) allow the adjustment of the space inside the shoe for a perfect fit. Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

I bought these shoes for my mother-in law. She put these shoes on and said they are the most comfortable shoe she's had in 30 years. The qualty and fit are great. I would recommend these shoes to anyone that is having trouble with their feet.

After reading the reviews and sizing recommendation, I bought the next larger size, but they were too big (I still wear them, anyway). My usual size fit perfectly out of the box, and are the most comfortable shoes I own. Easily adjustable, and don't look clunky like most velcro adjustable strap shoes.

I am pleased that I was able to get this shoe in brown. These loafers are the most comfortable shoes I own. My foot is very wide and, because of the adjustable strap, for the first time in my life, I now have two pairs of loafers. If you have a wide foot and seek instant comfort, this shoe in black and/or brown is the shoe for you. Perhaps if more people review this shoe, the company will produce it in other colours too.
