Crafted with advanced athletic shoes technology, these unique shoes feature anatomical orthotic support, excellent cushioning, extra room and comfort detailing. They offer relief for heel-pain, arch-pain and forefoot discomfort, and provide extra protection for diabetic or arthritic feet. Approved by Medicare to meet the requirements of the Diabetic Shoe Bill. Stretchable upper shapes to the contours of the foot, offering a loose fit and maximum protection for sensitive feet. Ortho-Step® multi-layer insole cradles the foot, providing customized support along with excellent shock absorption. It offers relief for heel-pain and foot discomfort, making every step you take extremely comfortable. Wide, lightweight cushioning sole with Ergonomic-Stride construction enhances comfort and stability, and assists your body to propel. Soft fabric lining with extra foam padding enhances comfort and protects the foot against irritations. Anatomical design, with added depth and width creates space for swollen feet and foot deformities. Two sets of removable spacers (2mm and 3mm thick) allow the adjustment of the space inside the shoe for a perfect fit. Napa leather and suede upper, polyester lining, EVA insole, polyurethane foam sole.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

I really like this shoe. I have a very wide foot and 2 baby toes that don't always cooperate. This shoe is very comfortable on all the places it needs to be. I am so glad I ordered them. You will be too. I will be back for more!

I like to walk at least 2 miles a day and need additional arch support for my feet. These shoes have a thick cushion inside so your feet are very comfortable and are truly supported. If you have narrow feet like I do, you may find they are somewhat loose. I think another set of eyelets would help. When ordering remember to get a half size larger as is suggested in the product information section and they should fit just fine.
