Orthofeet crafts this BioFit® walker with orthotic support, extra width and depth, excellent cushioning to provide unsurpassed comfort and protection.
It offers relief for heel-pain arch-pain and forefoot discomfort, and provides extra protection for diabetic or arthritic feet.
Approved by Medicare to meet the requirements of the Diabetic Shoe Bill.
Soft leather upper with stretchable panels shapes to the contours of the foot for a comfortable, non-binding fit. Ortho-Step® multi-layer insole cradles the foot, providing customized support along with excellent shock absorption. It offers relief for heel pain and foot discomfort, making every step you take extremely comfortable.
Wide, lightweight cushioning sole with Ergonomic-Stride construction enhances comfort and stability, and assists your body to propel. Soft fabric lining with extra foam padding enhances comfort and protects the foot against irritations.
Anatomical design with added depth and a wide toe box ensures a relaxed fit and freedom for toe movement.
Two sets of removable spacers (2mm and 3mm thick) allow the adjustment of the space inside the shoe for a perfect fit. It features a leather upper, with a polyester upper lining and sock-liner, EVA insole and midsole, rubber outsole.

OK, but overpriced

Bought these shoes because they were advertised to be so extra comfortable. They are comfortable, but no more so than others I've had at a fraction of the price.I'd ordered the size I normally wear, but had to return them for a half size larger.

Being Diabetic and having severe Neuropathy in my feet I have finally found a shoe that is not only comfortable but lives up to its manufactures claims.The Mens Orthofeet 640 is the best buy I have made for my feet in years. And the added satisfaction is in the fact that it's a sneaker that looks like a sneaker, not some ortopedic shoe with its oversized, swollen looks, big soles and bulky mass. This is a great shoe and I recommend it highly.
