Spouse is diabetic and also left leg circulation is bad due to an achilles tendon operation gone wrong. He must take really good care of his feet and left leg. Shoes nice looking, comfortable, room for orthotics, and extra pads in 2 levels of thickness are provided in case you need them. The only downside is probably the ties which are attached by a velcro pad to remove them easily. He tries not to take off the velcro ties, to prevent them getting all fuzzy, like most velcro eventually does. They give you a second set of velcro anchors if needed. Great for walking.
Wears this shoe: All during the day, or walking, as a casual shoe.
