These shoes have lots of room in toe area and are very comfortable. They seem well-constructed.

Overall, I liked the shoe. It was comfortable and looked fairly nice. I used all the inserts to cushion the shoe as I am on my feet constantly. The only complaint I have on the shoe is the interior fabric did not hold up on the left shoe. After approx. 1 1/2 months of wear, it developed a hole. I cnotributed this to a defect and reordered the same shoe. I have not had the opportunity to "test" the new shoe as it arrived after I left on a business trip and have not been home in 4 weeks to wear the new pair. Hopefully, the new pair will not have the same defect as the previous pair (right shoe only).

I bought this shoe because I starting having symptoms of Morton's neuropathy. I read good things about Orthofeet on several websites, so... The shoes are comfortable and roomy. The support is excellent, and my symptoms seem to be disappearing.
Wears this shoe: For work. Casual wear.

I compared the Orthofeet 420, Aetrix Y910 Ariya Casual Walker Moc Toe, and the Drew Walker II all in a 10 1/2 medium width. All three looked nice and in a similar style, though the Aetrix LOOKED the best. The Drew's were not made of leather so they squeaked when I walked in them. The Orthofeet may be a little better made than the Aetrix. I reordered Orthofeet and Aetrix in a 10 1/2 Wide which I am trying now. I have Morton's Neuroma in both feet and need to try the shoes at different times of day to decide between the two. The Orthofeet feels a little bit wider which is comfortable to my feet. The Aetrix looks a little better and is only slightly more narrow. I'd recommend you try both to see which suits your taste. They both have a deep toe box. The soles aren't leather so I'm not sure if they will be slippery on wet or icey surfaces. The Orthofeet looks like it might wear longer.
Wears this shoe: I will wear these almost everyother day, 5 days a week.
