Orthofeet crafts these shoes for men with advanced athletic shoes technology, offering anatomical orthotic support, excellent cushioning, extra room and comfort detailing. They offer relief for heel-pain, arch-pain and forefoot discomfort, and provide extra protection for diabetic or arthritic feet. Approved by Medicare to meet the requirements of the Diabetic Shoe Bill. Soft leather offers a comfortable non-binding fit, easing pressure on bunion and hammer toes. Ortho-Step® multi-layer insole cradles the foot, providing customized support along with excellent shock absorption. It offers relief for heel pain and foot discomfort, making every step you take extremely comfortable. It has a wide, lightweight cushioning sole with Ergonomic-Stride construction that enhances comfort and stability, and assist your body to propel. Soft fabric lining with extra foam padding enhances comfort and protects the foot against irritations. It has an anatomical design, with added depth and a wide toe box that insures a relaxed fit and freedom of toe movement. Two sets of removable spacers (2mm and 3mm thick) allow the adjustment of the space inside the shoe for a perfect fit. Speed lacing system allows for easy closure and a secure fit. It features a leather upper with polyester upper lining and has an EVA insole covered with leather.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

This shoe feels great. It also helps with my overpronation. I wear these every day for work and haven't had as much wear and tear on my feet and back.

shoe felt great, but the first time i went to tie them shoelace ring ripped right off the shoe ---upon inspection it appears they ruined a great shoe by not using standard eyelets ----the material holding the eyelets is subpar ---I returned them

I needed a super wide shoe 6E-XXW thats my normal width just got these shoes they are super. I just got these shoes because I have problem feet. No other shoe comes close not even my 6E New Balance. These are very wide at the toe box and deep. I will get another pair for when I get dressed up.

This shoe is not pretty. That said, I bought it for work, and it is by far the best shoe decision I have ever made! I'm an over 50 waiter, and my dogs would bark like crazy after a long shift. I finally broke down and bought these shoes- I'll be grateful forever! I can work a 10 hour shift and not be dead on my feet. I wouldn't wear these dancing, but I bought them for work- and they're awesome.
