I bought this product because my son carries such a heavy load of books. The wheels are very good, and after using it for four or five months, there are no signs of wear on either the canvas or the wheels, other than a little dirt.

This backpack is well made, and my 6th grader son really likes it for toting schoolbooks. The handle does NOT jam or stick. It is not huge and carries 2-3 larger textbooks and notebooks plus a pencil pouch well. This is the 2nd Olympia 19" 1006 that we have purchased since we were so happy with the first.
