Different from the picture

When I saw the picture of the bag, it had a tan shoulder strap which I liked so I went ahead and ordered it. When I received the bag however, the strap that came on the bag was black so it was clearly not the same as the picture showed. Very disappointing. I went ahead and kept the bag since I had just had my baby and didn't have another bag to "fall back " on. It is a good quality bag, but just not what they showed in the picture.
