I have not worn heels since back surgery and bilateral knee replacements over the last six years. I tried to wear my old tried and true pair a few weeks ago with disastrous results. I did a Google search and found these. They are pricey but I am not a shoe fashionista so I figure they will last quite awhile provided they are comfortable. These shoes are a dream to wear! They are even better than most of the flats I own.
