When I called customer service to ask how to exchange the size the person couldn't have been more helpful. She sent over a preprinted label and made the return effortless for us and shipped the new size out immediately. I would definitely buy from you again.

I've been wearing this model shoe for over 25 years, so my buying decision was focused on locating the specific shoe at a reasonable price. I bought the shoes to wear on a cruise which is pending. The shoe looked and felt slightly narrower than the pair I already have, but I thought that wearing them would adjust to my foot.. I see no problem with the product.
