Shoe looks great and if you examined it you'd think it would feel great. The heel will give you no problems, most comfortable part of the sole. But the rest of it is really flimsy. While there is padding throughout the interior, the sole itself (which seems to be some conglomeration of plastic and leather) is very thin and you can feel every irregularity of what you are walking on. It (the sole) also won't hold polish, so it looks bad (to me) after just a couple wearings. I like the look of them, but the thin sole has been tough on my feet. If you can handle that, then you'll have a pretty good looking shoe at a very reasonable price.

The shoe is comfortable and soft and with the rubber sole will last a long time. A dressy look but feels like slippers on the feet! Highly recommend this shoe.

Don't understand how you get a measured size wrong? Never had the problem before. Had it with both pairs of shoes I purchased here.I bought some liners for the back and can wear the shoes. Obviously it would be better if they fit properly.
Wears this shoe: because of the size problem I wear them in the rain.

It is the second pair that I purhased and are very comfortible. I experienced the gel insert in the heel rupturing in both pairs and having it ruin a couple pairs of dress socks. The problem occured within 60 day of starting to wear the shoes.

As a long time explorer on a quest for the "Most Comfortable - Yet Formal Looking Business Shoe" I may have finally reached the journey's end. This shoe is both elegant looking and pillow-comfortable on the feet. Also holds up well for business travel, pounding through airports etc. Just ordered 2 more pair I love them so much. An absolute winner!
