The Elden cap toe dress casual shoe features a leather upper, a padded collar that helps prevent slipping and blisters, a flexible rubber sole, and is made with a Dynamic Comfort® Construction. The Dynamic Comfort® Construction features a special sole compound that is slip-resistant, non-marking, lightweight, and exceptionally flexible. It also provides a dual-density removable EVA/Latex footbed for advanced cushioning and shock absorption.

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Initial review. Feel a little loose in the heel but the toe is a little tight. I am sure that they will break in fine. Easy to get in and out of. They have a high shine amooth polish on them.

Excellent fit and comfortable from day one. Quality is outstanding and it a great looking traditional black shoe.
Wears this shoe: I am a college teacher and on my feet for many hours a day so need good fit.

I bought this shoe because I have had good experience with Nunn Bush shoes. I have paid much more for shoes but the extra expense did not equate to longer service from the shoe. I have not purchased the Elden before. I have rated this shoe a 3 simply because I have had them only a few weeks. I will have to see if they hold up well before rating them any higher. I will say that they have been comfortable from the moment I put them on. No break in required.
Wears this shoe: Daily at work.
