Not heavy duty but very comfortable and flexible. Almost too flexible. If you step on something it's like bedroom slippers. I stand all day on concrete and this is a terrific comfort shoe.

This was my first Nunn Bush shoe, purchased in the brown, and I've found it to be exceptionally comfortable for full-day wear at the office, at church, or for any other semi-formal type occasion. I'd heartily recommend it to anyone who asked.
