These shoes are very comfortable and of high quality construction. However, the design and materials are a bit cheap looking. I purchased these specifically for the slip resistance and they are not very slip resistant. I need to wear these on smooth concrete with water or water/oil on it. Their slip resistance is only a slight bit better than leather soles.

This is the second pair of this shoe that I purchased. I pulled out the cushioned sole and inserted my own pair of othotics. The shoe is deep enough to take the orthotics and not cause the heel to slip. I had no break in time with the soft leather.

This is a very good looking shoe, but it is not good in a restaurant environment! The sole of the shoe is already wearing down after only a few weeks. I do not recommend it.
