I have 15" calves so I thought these would be perfect, but there is no way I could get them over my calves, forget tucking a pant leg in. Not sure how they can say 16" around.

It' kind of difficult to walk in at first, but are super cute.They sort of look like riding boots- so if you want rainboots but are afraid you'll look like a 5-year old with a rubber ducky pattern then these are perfect for you.
