A very easy-going short boot that looks great with tucked in pants or leggings, as well as pants/jeans that fall outside. I especially like the adjustable side buckle?practical as well as an attractive detail. Very comfortable and well made. I like to wear a medium to heavy weight sock and the size 8 is perfect (that's my regular size).

I ordered the red and then the black after the red ones turned out to be great. Very comfortable, stylish--easy to walk in while having the graceful "heel" effect even though they're short wedges. Sometimes the lower strap on shoes like this digs in on my foot by being too low or narrow. Not this time.
