This is such a great little bag - a real change from the larger satchel or totes I usually carry, many of them Nicole Lee's. But there is a real issue with this bag - the closure for this bag is nearly impossible to open. It's a fight each and everytime you need to open your bag - which we all know is often many times a day. It's really unfortunate because it makes using the bag somewhat bothersome. I ordered another identical bag for my mom (who is 85 years old) because she loved mine so much but when I received her bag, it's exactly the same way and I know that my mom would never be able to get her bag open so I had to return it. Very, very disappointing - especially because I contacted Nicole Lee directly and yes, they do admit to having issues with this bag and yet continue to sell it - without even warning potential buyers of this pretty important flaw. So buyer beware!
